The information here is provided in good faith as general guidance. Energy-saving figures are indicative and depend on your home, its insulation, and how you use your heating — the sources are in the footnotes on the home page.
Quotes and work
Nothing on this site is a contract or a binding quotation. Prices are given only after a survey, in writing, and any work we carry out is governed by the terms supplied with that written quotation. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Cox & Waite LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, number OC456472.
Relying on what is here
We take care to keep this site accurate, but it is general guidance rather than advice for your particular home. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, the work we do for you is covered by the terms issued with your written quotation.
Cancelling
Where we agree a contract with you at your home, or at a distance, you normally have 14 days to cancel. We give you written notice of that right, and a cancellation form, with your quotation.
